Summary

The BT Email Toolkit is a custom-built CRM application for the BT Global Services. This tools facilitates 1-to-1 personalization of marketing emails.

This application allows marketing to maintain an online library of materials (i.e. - case studies, white papers, etc.) which may be added to personalized HTML emails created by account managers. These emails are then sent to prospects and customers, and click-level reports are available to system users.
